The
Nortel VPN Router 1100 delivers a comprehensive set of VPN, Security,
Firewall and IP Services in a single highly integrated platform prefect
for a branch office implementation. The VPN Router 1100 supports secure
IP routing and WAN services for both site-to-site and remote access
VPNs. Incorporating Nortel Secure Routing Technology (SRT), the VPN
Router 1100 framework provides management consistency and scalable
performance even when running multiple IP services in the same device.
SRT also offers market-differentiating features, including dynamic
routing (RIP/OSPF) over secure IPsec tunnels, uniform security policies
across VPN, routing and firewall services, and a flexible licensing
scheme that enables new IP services to be turned up on demand without
hardware upgrade or technician visit.
